How we protect you on every ride
Live Journey Sharing
Share a link that shows your live position on the map, your driver's name, and the vehicle make, model and plate. Anyone can open it in a browser without the Siza app. The link expires on its own after the trip.
One-Tap SOS
A discreet emergency button inside every active trip connects you to emergency services and raises an alert in the Siza operations dashboard at the same time, carrying your live location, driver and vehicle. Siza has not launched, so that alert reaches the founder directly rather than a shift of operators.
Chat without giving out your number
In-app chat and voice notes let you reach your driver without exchanging contact details. If you choose to place a phone call instead, that call is a normal one from your handset and your number is visible to them, as theirs is to you. Masked calling is being built; until it ships we will not pretend the phone call is private.
Pickup Code Verification
Enable pickup codes for an extra layer of security. Your driver must confirm a unique numeric code before the trip begins, ensuring you always get into the right vehicle.
Ride Check Alerts
A trip that stops moving for longer than expected, or a Last-Mile Guardian window that closes without the passenger confirming they are safe, escalates on its own. The system raises it without anyone needing to be watching a screen.
Verified Driver Ratings
Every completed trip generates a rating in both directions, and neither side sees the other's until both are in. Ratings feed a reliability score that surfaces drivers for review. Expired paperwork is the one thing that suspends a driver automatically, the moment a document lapses.
Before they drive
Nobody drives with Siza until they've passed our checks.
Every Siza driver goes through a multi-stage verification process before they ever see a ride request. We don't cut corners, because your safety depends on it.

We protect our driver-partners too.
Drivers are the backbone of Siza. Our safety architecture extends fully to protect them from difficult riders, unsafe situations, and on-road hazards.
- An SOS button in the driver app that raises an alert with your live location
- Two-way ratings: you rate the rider, and neither score shows until both are in
- Riders can be suspended or removed, and every report is reviewed by a person
- Riders verify their identity when they sign up
- Cash is never required, so you can choose not to carry it
- In-app reporting for anything that goes wrong on a trip
Our standards
Community guidelines everyone must follow
Siza is built on mutual respect. Both riders and drivers agree to our community standards, violating them means removal from the platform, permanently.
Respectful conduct
Abusive language, threats, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour towards any Siza user | rider or driver | results in immediate account suspension and permanent ban upon investigation.
No physical contact
Physical contact of any kind that is unwelcome is a zero-tolerance violation. All reported incidents are treated as serious and, where appropriate, referred to local law enforcement.
Property care
Riders are responsible for any damage caused to a driver's vehicle. Drivers are responsible for maintaining clean, roadworthy vehicles. Both parties can report property issues through the app.
Honest ratings
Our two-way rating system is how we maintain quality. Attempting to manipulate ratings, coerce ratings, or provide false reports is a platform violation subject to account termination.
Something didn't feel right?
Report any safety concern directly through the Siza app. Every report is reviewed by a person, and at launch that is the founder.
