Can I drive with Siza in my city?
Siza has not launched yet, and we are not announcing markets until they open. Driver registration is open now so that onboarding and verification can be complete before the first rides go live. Register today and we will contact you as soon as onboarding opens in your area.
How do I register to drive with Siza?
Click 'Become a Driver' above, fill in your personal details, and upload your required documents, driver's licence, vehicle registration, insurance certificate, and a recent photo. Submissions are reviewed by hand, by the founder, and you are notified by email once yours has been.
Do I need my own vehicle to drive with Siza?
You need access to a vehicle that meets our standards (no older than 10 years, passes a safety inspection). If you don't own one, Siza has partnerships with fleet owners who can supply vehicles to approved drivers on a daily or weekly rental basis. Ask our onboarding team for details in your city.
How and when do I get paid?
Your earnings accumulate in your Siza wallet as trips complete, and you request a withdrawal to your registered bank account when you want to be paid. Each request is reviewed before it is released, which at launch is done by the founder. You pay a commission on completed trips and nothing else, with no subscription and no joining fee.
What commission does Siza take from my earnings?
Siza's commission structure is competitive and transparent. The exact percentage depends on your city and vehicle tier. Full details are provided during onboarding. There are no subscription fees, no upfront joining costs, and no penalties for taking days off.
Is there a minimum number of hours I must drive?
Absolutely not. Siza is fully flexible. You decide when you go online and when you go offline. Some drivers use Siza as their primary income and drive 50+ hours per week. Others drive a few hours on weekends as a side income. There are no minimum commitments.
What vehicle types does Siza accept?
We accept cars that are no more than 10 years old, pass our mechanical safety inspection, and hold valid insurance. Specific requirements vary by service tier (Economy, Standard, Premium) and by city. Full requirements are listed in the driver registration portal.
What happens if a rider cancels or I have an issue during a trip?
Support is available in the Siza Driver app. Cancellations before pickup are compensated with a cancellation fee after a defined wait period. Trip disputes are reviewed individually, and at launch that review is done by the founder.
