Fleet partner questions
How many vehicles do I need to qualify as a Siza Fleet Partner?
There is no minimum fleet size. The platform is built to take an individual vehicle owner who wants a second driver on their car, a micro-fleet of two to ten, or a large commercial operator. The Command Dashboard scales across all three. Siza has not launched, so every partner will be an early one.
How does revenue splitting work between me and my drivers?
You set the revenue split percentage for your drivers within the Siza Fleet Partner dashboard. When a trip is completed, Siza automatically calculates and routes the driver's share and your share into the respective wallets. You don't handle cash, we handle the accounting.
Can I add drivers to my fleet who are already registered on Siza?
Yes. Existing Siza drivers can be linked to your fleet account. Once linked, their trips on your registered vehicles count toward your fleet metrics. Trip revenue follows the split you configure, driver earnings go to their wallet, your cut goes to your fleet wallet.
How quickly can I get onboarded and start earning?
Onboarding covers dashboard setup, driver linking, and a walkthrough of the partner portal. We are onboarding our first partners now and work closely with each one.
Is there a fee to join the Fleet Partner programme?
There is no joining fee. Siza earns a platform commission on every trip completed on your fleet vehicles, the same structure as individual drivers. Full commission details are disclosed during the onboarding process and are transparent in your dashboard at all times.
